If an internationally recognised company plans to open a business in Croatia, it will have the opportunity to do so in one of Zagreb’s most notable buildings, Zagrebtower. Construction of this landmark building began in January 2005. Situated on the corner of Radni˘cka cesta and Vukovarska Street, Zagrebtower occupies a net area of 25,700 m2 which will be available at the beginning of 2007.

It can easily be reached by public transport and it takes only 15 minutes to get to the airport by the soon-to-be completed road Radni˘cka cesta. Nearby, future employees and customers will find the main rail and bus station, as well as the old town of Zagreb with the National Theatre and the Concert Hall. Zagrebtower combines modern technology, flexible design, air conditioning and openable windows, as well as areas for coffee breaks and informal meetings (cafes, restaurants, shops, kiosks and possibly a fitness centre), 500 parking spaces and 24-hour security control with central reception.
Zagrebtower is more than just a conventional office building; it is an architectural achievement with an impressive interior. Designed by architect Otto Bari´c, Jr., Zagrebtower is built in the style of the modern timeless architecture of the 21st century and offers enough space for expansion: up to the 9th floor, the offices in the tower (780 m2) can be combined with the office space of the side-wing (1,300 m2).This makes it possible to create a maximum office space on one floor totaling approximately 2,100 m2 which can be used as an open space or divided into individual offices. In brief, Zagrebtower is the ideal setting to boost your company to higher growth.
For the purpose of implementation of the project, the Croatian-Austrian consortium Zagrebtower d.o.o. was founded by the Croatian company Minik and Austrian company Porr Technobau & Umwelt AG. The investor of Zagrebtower is the company Europolis, and the senior lender is Investkredit Bank AG.
