Romania — a hot spot for new investments and growth

Europolis entered Romania in 2003 and opened a regional office in Bucharest in 2006. The company was the first mover among institutional investors to offer top-quality office space to international clients. With present real estate investments of around €100 million, Europolis is one of the most significant real estate companies in Romania. Europolis currently manages one “Class A” office building and a logistics park in Bucharest.
The Europehouse office building is located in the city centre. It is built in the style of modern timeless architecture and offers everything a company needs to motivate employees and satisfy customers: modern technology, flexible design, air conditioning and supporting amenities. Europehouse is home to internationally recognised tenants like Microsoft, Orange and Hewlett Packard. Due to the high demand for office space providing international standards, Europolis has set up an investment programme for new “Class A” office buildings in Bucharest.
Europolis is renowned for providing value for money, in addition to constant maintenance and investment in their buildings to keep them up to date. Moreover, Europolis follows its principle of maintaining a close relationship with its tenants by actively managing the properties through its own local asset management companies. Europolis is also very active in the logistics segment in Romania. 55,000 m² of ”Class A” warehouse space have already been completed at the Cefin Logistics Park, located in the west of Bucharest on the A1 highway towards Pite¸sti. As a result of high demand, the next phase is currently under construction and further expansions up to 300,000 m² will follow.
