Europolis entered Poland in 2000 and opened a regional office in Warsaw in 2002. The company was the first mover among institutional investors to offer top-quality office space to international clients. With present real estate investments of around €300 million, Europolis’ portfolio is one of the largest in Poland. It currently comprises five “Class A” office buildings in Warsaw and one logistics park in Błonie. Its nationally and internationally recognised tenants include companies like Nokia, Oracle, Boston Consulting Group, Accenture and AIG. All office buildings are built in the style of modern timeless architecture and offer everything a company needs to motivate employees and satisfy customers: modern technology, flexible design, air conditioning, areas for coffee-breaks and informal meetings.
The buildings Warsaw Towers, Saski Point and Saski Crescent are located directly in the centre of Warsaw. Sienna Center and Bitwy Warszawskiej are located at the edge of the city centre. Due to the large amount of office buildings in Europolis’ portfolio and the company’s future expansion plans in the best locations, tenants can easily expand or move within the portfolio. Europolis is renowned for providing value for money, in addition to constant maintenance and investment in its buildings to keep them up to date. Moreover, Europolis actively manages the properties through its own local asset management companies.
In January 2006, Europolis signed a joint venture agreement with Poland Central sp. z o. o. to realise the biggest logistics park in Central and Eastern Europe, right in the heart of Poland. Its strategic location has already attracted international companies such as IKEA and Unilever. The logistics park is phased and feature 530,000 m² of available space for warehouse and light production. The first warehouse will be available for new tenants in March 2007. Together with the Alliance Logistics Park in Blonie, Europolis is thus able to provide ample warehouse space for international logistics providers.
Europolis — established in 1990 — has become one of the leading commercial real estate companies in the CEE region thanks to the full support in its strategy by its investors Investkredit Bank AG, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and DIFA Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG. Its core values include professionalism, transparency and a high standard of quality, guaranteeing tenant satisfaction on every level. The company has built up high-quality portfolios, as confirmed by numerous national and international prizes. At the end of 2005 the total value of the portfolios managed by Europolis amounted to approximately €1.2 billion and will increase to about €2 billion by 2007.
